We are writing to tell you how extremely pleased we are with your Salesperson, Barry Cook.  On one phone call, he was able to email me exactly ALL the information I requested regarding the vehicle itself, the options, the price, all breakdown costs, bottom line drive away total.  And all this on one piece of paper, sent via email!!!

We are not negotiators, and this type of one-call total information was so overwhelming to receive.  We had absolutely no questions other than our own decision of if the vehicle was what we wanted.  Barry gave us a couple of days to think about it without any harassing phone calls or emails.  When we did decide it was the vehicle for us, he had it ready for us within the week.  Wow!! 

We just can not say enough about this type of sales experience.  If your dealership's service department is even half this good, you can expect us there when the time comes for servicing.
