Shop Foreman - Wetaskiwin Location

We are seeking an individual that is an expert auto repair technician, and who also has the skills and desire to work with customers when called on to do so. Use your Journeyman Certificate and/or years of experience to diagnose and provide quality vehicle repair services in a time and cost-effective manner.  The Shop Foreman will ensure that the shop is run in a way that provides outstanding customer service, while also maintaining a team of productive and efficient technicians.

Requirements:

• Must have Automotive Journeyman Certificate.
• Ability to diagnose and inspect vehicles to make fair and honest recommendations to customers of needed repairs and potential problem areas.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Technician.
• Superior ability to positively relate and communicate with customers, including outstanding telephone skills.
• Mathematical skills are necessary for creation of estimates and billing.
• Ability to repair vehicles independently, while also having experience working well in a team environment.
• Track record of high personal productivity.
• Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities.
• Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, welders, diagnostic equipment, etc.
• May require experience in leading other, less qualified, technicians and apprentices in vehicle repairs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
  

Journeyman Technician - Wetaskiwin

Requirements:
Must be a licensed Journeyman Automotive Technician

Have experience with domestic vehicles.
