Automotive Technician – Ponoka Location


Adams Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd is a proud General Motors dealership located in Ponoka, Alberta, with a long-standing reputation for excellence in customer service, quality repairs, and community involvement. We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Service Manager to lead our fixed operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of GM vehicles.
  • Conduct inspections and identify mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Work with service advisors to explain required repairs and provide accurate estimates.
  • Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
  • Stay up to date with the latest GM training, tools, and repair procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Automotive Service Technician (preferred) or registered Apprentice.
  • Experience working with GM vehicles is an asset.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
